Formula: ( CAC = Total Marketing & Sales Cost ÷ New Customers )
Steps:

1. Add all marketing & sales expenses for a period.

2. Count new customers acquired in that period.

3. Divide cost by customers.

Example:
₹1,00,000 spent ÷ 100 customers = ₹1,000 CAC per customer.
